1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your BeeRoot Hair Oil must meet the following conditions:

- Reported within 3 days of delivery

- Opened or used products
- Tampered safety seal
- Damage from improper use
Note: We carefully inspect each return. Products that don't meet these criteria will be sent back to you without refund.

5. RTO (Return to Origin) Policy
When an order is returned to us by the courier (RTO) due to non-delivery, we handle it as follows:
First RTO Incident
We will notify you and offer two options:
- Re-shipment: At customer's expense (actual shipping cost)
- Refund: After deducting original shipping charges
Multiple RTOs
For customers with repeated RTOs:
- Future orders may require pre-payment (online payment)
- COD option may be restricted for your account
- Additional verification may be required for future orders
How to Avoid RTOs
- Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
- Provide an active contact number for delivery coordination
- Respond to delivery attempts promptly
